Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of building workers who ceases to carry on the employment of building workers shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every attendance card held by him has been disposed of.
