Intimation of change.—Every contractor engaged by a Panchayat shall intimate to the Director of Panchayats, in Form 7 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Panchayats shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
