Application for registration.—Every contractor engaged by a Panchayat carrying on the execution of works for a Panchayat shall make an application for registration to the Director of Panchayats in Form 3, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every register of buildings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
