Authorised agent.—Any limited liability partnership may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form INC-1 the name and address of the agent within thirty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and eighty days of the revocation.
