Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the limited liability partnership shall apply to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form AOC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
