Grant of certificate of registration.—The Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form DIR-12 within one hundred and twenty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every certificate of incorporation stated in the application.
