Intimation of change.—Every limited liability partnership shall intimate to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, in Form MGT-7 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
