Maintenance of premises.—Every overseas investor shall keep the premises where investment in India by a person resident outside India is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every authorisation kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with investment in India by a person resident outside India, and shall furnish to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-2A, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
