Surrender of certificate.—Every overseas investor who ceases to carry on investment in India by a person resident outside India shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Development Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-2A of the manner in which every shipping bill held by him has been disposed of.
