Surrender of certificate.—Every employer who ceases to carry on the employment of persons shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Assam in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
