Maintenance of premises.—Every importer of pre-packaged commodities shall keep the premises where the import of pre-packaged commodities is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every verification certificate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the import of pre-packaged commodities, and shall furnish to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
