Surrender of certificate.—Every surveyor who ceases to carry on the assessment of loss shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-4 of the manner in which every premium held by him has been disposed of.
