Intimation of change.—Every auditor of a trust shall intimate to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, in Form D and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
