Surrender of certificate.—Every pension fund manager who ceases to carry on the management of a pension fund shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 31 of the manner in which every pension payment order held by him has been disposed of.
