Application for registration.—Every service provider carrying on the provision of services to aggrieved persons shall make an application for registration to the District Child Protection Unit in Form VII, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every protection order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
