Intimation of change.—Every service provider shall intimate to the District Child Protection Unit, in Form VII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Child Protection Unit shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
