Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the service provider shall apply to the District Child Protection Unit in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the District Child Protection Unit shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
