Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the portfolio manager shall apply to the Depository in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Depository shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
