Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a place of public assembly who ceases to carry on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every relief material held by him has been disposed of.
