Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a diesel generator set dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Biodiversity Authority in Form V, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of effluent then held; and the Biodiversity Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
