Safe custody.—Every owner of a diesel generator set shall keep every waste manifest to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of a diesel generator set is carried on, shall record in Form IV the description of every waste manifest so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Biodiversity Authority within sixty days of the close of each year.
