Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a diesel generator set shall apply to the Biodiversity Authority in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Biodiversity Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
