Surrender of certificate.—Every employer who ceases to carry on the employment of persons shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 11 of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
