Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer shall apply to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GST DRC-03 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
