Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the donor to a political party shall apply to the Election Tribunal in Form 12 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Election Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
