Application for registration.—Every donor to a political party carrying on the making of donations to a political party shall make an application for registration to the Election Tribunal in Form 6, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of voters held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
