Intimation of change.—Every donor to a political party shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 2A and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
