Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any data fiduciary dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Board in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every computer resource then held; and the Board shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
