Application for registration.—Every occupant of public premises carrying on the occupation of public premises shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 8, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of documents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
