Intimation of change.—Every owner of a hoarding shall intimate to the Broadcasting Authority, in Form V and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Broadcasting Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
