Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any inquiry officer dies, his legal representative shall, within five days of the death, intimate the death to the Grievance Redressal Authority in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of requests then held; and the Grievance Redressal Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within five days of its receipt.
