Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the inquiry officer shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
