Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of a joint family property who ceases to carry on the management of joint family property shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of West Bengal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every will held by him has been disposed of.
