Intimation of change.—Every owner of land adjoining an embankment shall intimate to the Custodian of Enemy Property, in Form 6 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
