Application for registration.—Every owner of land adjoining an embankment carrying on the use of land adjoining an embankment shall make an application for registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 7, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
