Application for registration.—Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application for registration to the Land Tribunal in Form 5, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of occupancy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
