Surrender of certificate.—Every cable operator who ceases to carry on the transmission of programmes by cable shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Press Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every film held by him has been disposed of.
