Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the electrical contractor shall apply to the State Commission in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the State Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
