Surrender of certificate.—Every status holder who ceases to carry on the export of goods as a status holder shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Export Inspection Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form FC-4 of the manner in which every letter of permission held by him has been disposed of.
