Application for registration.—Every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall make an application for registration to the Export Inspection Council in Form ANF-2A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
