Application for registration.—Every air cargo agent carrying on the booking of cargo for carriage by air shall make an application for registration to the Government of Goa in Form CA-1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every aerodrome held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
