Intimation of change.—Every air cargo agent shall intimate to the Government of Goa, in Form CA-4 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Goa shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
