Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the proprietor of a shooting range shall apply to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
