Surrender of certificate.—Every establishment employing persons with disabilities who ceases to carry on the employment of persons with disabilities shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every hostel held by him has been disposed of.
