Rule 16, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2008 [S7S-XZV]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form V not less than twenty-one days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees; and the Chief Commissioner shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the establishment employing persons with disabilities within twenty-one days of the renewal.
