Intimation of change.—Every contractor shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form GFR 12-A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
