Surrender of certificate.—Every shopkeeper in a village market who ceases to carry on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Zila Parishad in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every register of buildings held by him has been disposed of.
