Intimation of change.—Every shopkeeper in a village market shall intimate to the Zila Parishad, in Form 7 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Zila Parishad shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
