Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any national sports federation dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the National Sports Board in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of recognition then held; and the National Sports Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
