Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Grievance Redressal Forum in the custody of the Assessing Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Grievance Redressal Forum; and where the Assessing Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VIII within forty-five days of the succession.
